Food Stall Helper (Yong Tau Foo Stall at Vivo City)
**Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Food Preparation:
Assist in food preparation according to established recipes and standards. This includes food preparation, slicing vegetables, and preparing sauces.

Customer Service:
Greet customers in a friendly manner. Take and process orders accurately, ensuring customers' wants are met. Answer customer queries.

Stall Maintenance:
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Cash Handling:
Operate the cash register, process payments, and provide correct change to customers. Maintain proper cash handling procedures to prevent discrepancies.

Order Fulfillment:
Prepare food orders promptly and efficiently.

Quality Control:
Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain high-quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in food preparation and customer service roles is preferred, particularly in a fastfood or food stall environment.
  • Knowledge of Yong Tau Foo preparation techniques and ingredients is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations.
