Concess Stall Butcher

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concess Stall Butcher to join our team at JORDON FOOD INDUSTRIES PTE. LTD. as a Meat Cutter and Sales Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting, grinding, and preparing pork meats for sale, as well as providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Cutting and Preparation: Cut, grind, and prepare pork meats for sale, ensuring high-quality products and meeting customer demands.
• Sales and Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and make recommendations on pork meat products.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, monitor stock, and ensure timely restocking of pork meat products.
• Sanitation and Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive work environment.

• Experience: Preferably with 1 year of butchering experience.
• Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including 4am to 1pm, 6.30am to 3.30pm, 7am to 4pm, and 12pm to 9pm, 6 days a week.
• Location: Ability to work in a wet market stall or supermarket meat stall, with a willingness to relocate to East and West locations.
