Job Title: Concess Stall Butcher

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concess Stall Butcher to join our team at JORDON FOOD INDUSTRIES PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cut, grind, and prepare pork meats for sale, ensuring high-quality products for our customers.
  • Cut pork meat portions to each customer's request, weigh, and wrap them accurately and efficiently.
  • Weigh, pack, and place pork products in display cases for customers to make selections.
  • Clean and maintain tools and equipment, and ensure displays and signage are accurate and attractive.
Requirements:
  • Preferably with 1 year of butchering experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexible working hours (4am to 1pm, 6.30am to 3.30pm, 7am to 4pm, or 12pm to 9pm) for 6 days a week.
  • Able to work in a wet market stall or supermarket meat stall.
  • Location: East and West.
