Roles & Responsibilities

  • Cutting, grinding and preparing Pork meats for sale
  • Cut Pork meat portions to each customer's request, weigh and wrap them
  • Weigh, Pack and place in display cases for customers to make selections
  • Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment and ensuring displays and signage are accurate and attractive

Requirement:

  • Preferably with 1 year of butchering experience
  • Working Hours: 4am to 1pm / 6.30am to 3.30pm / 7am to 4pm / 12pm to 9pm, 6 days work week (after 44hrs will be considered OT)
  • Able to work in wet market stall or supermarket meat stall
  • Location: East and West
