Responsibilities:

  • Provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the Company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively manage and grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiencies.
  • Drives and accomplishes objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress.
  • Develops, recommends and implements policies and procedures of the countries to ensure maximum revenues.
  • Coordinates efforts of establishing a cooperative operational approach to procurement, production, Strategy and Creative processes and technical and information services processes.
  • Working to ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and are in compliance with health and safety regulations and energy management;
  • Conduct Routine Audit Checks and prepare quality analysis report and troubleshoot food safety and quality related problems or complaints
  • Oversee Catering logistics to ensure a smooth flow
  • Lead menu launches while working closely with the Corporate Chefs and Marketing Dept.
  • Provides timely, accurate Monthly reports on the operating condition of the Company to Management
  • Track and Monitor performance KPI of Operations and District Manager Assess performance trends and propose corrective measures in case of performance deterioration.
  • Share customer Complaints with Operations team and provide Solutions to team to overcome and resolve to the customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee all Pre-Order logistics for smooth operations and thirdparty delivery platforms
  • Inspect all outlet premises to identify infestation source and extent of damage to property, wall, or roof porosity and access to infested locations and liaise with Pest control Vendors for maintenance works.
  • Ensure all repairs and maintenance are up to standards and within budget
  • Handling customer complaints and queries and ensure timely follow up on the same business day
- . Collaborate with the HR Manager to identify training needs and competency gaps.

  • Assists District Managers in preparing the monthly and yearly Food and Beverage division budget.

Requirements:


Required language(s): English, Mandarin in order to handle English and Mandarin speaking customer complaints and queries and ensure timely follow up on the same business day.

Preferably Director specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
