Field Sales Engineer, SEA

Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the company's presence within the South APAC region, with a focus on Singapore, as well as other territories like Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
- Visit customers on-site to deliver product presentations, introduce new technologies, and discuss ongoing and future projects.
- Collaborate closely with distributors and partners to enhance business relationships.
- Engage with decision-makers, understand customer needs, competitors, and market situations to develop targeted sales and marketing strategies.
- Work with a global team to propose customized solutions for customers.
- Follow up on projects, sales, and market trends, and prepare regular reports.
- Participate in trade shows and events to showcase products and services.
- Perform additional duties as delegated by the manager.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar Field Sales Engineer role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge in Motion & Control, System Integration, and Automation machine fields.
- Ability to engage with new customers and foster collaborations.
- Keenness to learn about new technologies and market trends.
- Willingness to travel to different markets and international sites for training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and communication platforms.
