Roles & Responsibilities

Operations and Payroll

  • Manage payroll processing, reporting, work pass renewal and cancellation
  • Manage the end-to-end process for Practicing Certificate application and renewal
  • Responsible for HR operational activities of the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding
  • Ensure employee records are maintained accurately
  • Ensure compliance and implement Operations process for new/revised firm's policies
  • Prepare operation related budgets
  • Prepare HR Operations related communications across the firm
  • Manage claims and grants

Human Resources Information System

  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of employee data for analysis, regulatory compliance, reporting and distribution across all HR systems
  • Evaluate HR systems to identify points of improvement
  • Support for HR technology matters, including configuration and system efficiency
  • Ensure HR processes and systems are in compliance to statutory regulation and firm's policy

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration/Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 6 to 7 years of relevant work experience, preferably from a legal firm environment
  • In-dept knowledge of HR processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications
