WHAT TO EXPECT

Join our Preventive Health Programmes & Rewards Division in the Rewards Department. Your role will involve optimizing rewards for positive outcomes to help achieve the vision of a healthier nation.

As a key member of the Rewards team, you will manage customer inquiries, oversee the rewards budget, maintain rewards data, and contribute to developing new app features. This includes ensuring alignment across divisions, tracking project progress, documentation, and user testing support.

You will be responsible for tracking rewards spending, collaborating with the Finance team for quarterly reports, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and managing funding levels. You will also handle credit line monitoring and payments to merchants and vendors.

Additionally, you will support the Data Office in data migration and review the Rewards dashboard for accuracy post-migration.

If you are a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment, we want you. Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in customer service/client support and project management, preferably with exposure to government entities, healthcare, or service providers.
  • Emotional maturity, passion for customer service, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Knowledge in digital product development, data management, business analytics, and PowerBI dashboard is a plus.

Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, data analytics, or similar fields will be advantageous.
