Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive rewards strategies to attract, retain, and motivate our employees. You will play a critical role in ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement effective compensation and benefits programs, including base pay, incentives, bonuses, and employee benefits. Analyze market trends and benchmarking data to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive and aligned with industry standards. Manage the annual salary review process, ensuring fairness and consistency across the organization. Develop and administer variable pay programs, such as bonus plans, sales incentives, and profit-sharing schemes. Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to ensure that compensation programs support talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies. Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and merit-based salary adjustments. Conduct job evaluations and salary surveys to maintain equitable and transparent job grading and pay structures. Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations pertaining to compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance in all programs. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation-related matters and policies. Prepare and present reports and analysis on compensation trends, costs, and effectiveness to senior management. Other project involvement includes leading benefits harmonization and tendering processes to optimize employee benefits and cost-effectiveness, etc as per management directions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Min 5 years of experience in compensation and rewards management, preferably in a public listed companies. Strong understanding of compensation principles, performance management, and benefit administration. Experience in managing executive compensation and incentive programs is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
