Key responsibilities

Work with region HR leadership and business stakeholders to review and design total compensation programs and practices that are relevant to address business and talent needs. Understand the competitive landscape in APAC markets, translate up-to-date market data into proactive developmental actions. Implement and manage global market benchmarking data and market data analysis, ensuring compensation is externally competitive and aligned with the company’s compensation philosophy. Review and analyse benefit plan design and renewals in alignment with global strategy and guiding principles. Act as primary advisor on compensation-related matters, and partner with HR Business Partners to communicate compensation philosophy, programs, policies, and guidelines.

Role requirements

Expert knowledge in Total Rewards with at least 12-15 years of relevant work experience in a similar function Experience in building Rewards infrastructure ie design of Compensation & Benefits programmes and policies Good organizational skills with an ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintain a close attention to detail. A team player with high interpersonal and communication skills Excellent analytical skills (advanced knowledge of Excel).
