Regional Total Rewards Business Partner, SEAO

Position Summary
This role is responsible for managing and overseeing compensation and benefits to enhance the performance and satisfaction of our SEAO employees.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis on compensation and benefits (C&B), interpret data, and evaluate internal and external equity for Singapore and the SEAO region.
- Evaluate existing C&B programs and processes, and suggest improvements.
- Administer compensation programs and initiatives, including annual rewards cycle and all C&B-related programs.
- Propose salary packages for Singapore employees and review packages for other SEAO countries as required.
- Assist in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs.
- Participate in surveys and contribute to pay band development.
- Handle C&B related HRIS (Workday) modules.
- Coordinate with external services to negotiate benefit plans and address benefit-related issues.
- Collaborate closely with the HR team in SEAO on all rewards-related matters.
- Engage in other duties and support rewards projects as necessary.
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant field with at least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably at a regional level.
- Solid understanding of compensation and benefits practices, regulations, compliance requirements, and market trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to convey compensation-related information to HR, management, and employees.
- High level of integrity and ability to manage confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products and familiarity with Workday and Mercer data.
