Global Total Rewards Manager

Key responsibilities
Contribute to building Total Rewards policy infrastructure including design and implementation of compensation and benefit programs and practices Drive and coordinate Total Rewards processes like the annual compensation review cycle, benefits introduction and implementation Implement and manage global market benchmarking data and market data analysis, ensuring compensation is externally competitive and aligned with the company’s compensation philosophy Act as primary advisor on compensation-related matters, and partner with HR Business Partners to communicate compensation philosophy, programs, policies, and guidelines
Role requirements
Expert knowledge in Total Rewards with at least 8 -12 years of relevant work experience in a similar function Deep understanding of market conditions ie. best practices, trends and benchmark data across multiple countries, especially South East Asia and European markets Strong project management skills with ability to advise / influence multiple key stakeholders Good organizational skills with an ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintain a close attention to detail. A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent analytical skills-
