Total Rewards Function

The Total Rewards Function is a Center of Excellence responsible for managing Total Rewards Programs across business units in Asia.

This position reports to the Director of Total Rewards Asia, working closely with business and Human Resources to provide solutions.

About the Role:
  • Support the planning and implementation of employee well-being programs, including developing marketing and communication materials. This involves managing timelines, stakeholders, and resources effectively.
  • Identify and develop new communication channels for HR policies and programs.
  • Assist in updating policies on the HR Portal.
  • Provide support in HR metrics, reporting, and data visualization.
  • Research various HR topics and industry-leading practices.
  • Support day-to-day HR/Admin operations.
  • Other assigned duties.

About You:
  • Passionate about HR marketing, communication, and analytics.
  • Able to understand data, trends, and present actionable reports.
  • Enjoy working with people, both in a team and independently.
  • Creative with a flair for communication design.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Able to commit to a Semester Internship.
Your Experience Includes:
  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Internal Communication or Human Resources.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel.
  • Familiarity with creative content production tools (e.g., Canva).
Location:
