Job Overview:

As an HR Intern within Ferring's HR Operations Excellence & Rewards function, you will play an integral role in supporting and contributing to key projects that are essential to our HR operations. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure to various HR functions while working on critical initiatives that enhance our operational excellence. The internship will last for 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

ServiceNow Knowledge Article Revamp

Collaborate with the HR team to review, update, and restructure Knowledge Articles in the ServiceNow platform.Ensure that Knowledge Articles are accurate, comprehensive, and user-friendly.Assist in developing a user guide for internal stakeholders on how to access and utilize the Knowledge Articles effectively.
 

Employee Lifecycle Journey Visuals

Create visually engaging and informative journey maps that illustrate the various stages of the employee lifecycle within Ferring.Collaborate with HR team members to gather data and insights, ensuring that the visuals accurately represent the employee journey.Develop infographics, flowcharts, or other visual aids to enhance internal communication and understanding of employee processes.
 

HR Data Analysis

Assist in collecting and analyzing HR data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvement.Contribute to the preparation of HR reports and dashboards, identifying trends and areas for enhancement.
 

Compliance and Documentation

Assist in ensuring that HR policies and procedures comply with relevant laws and regulations.Support in maintaining and updating HR documentation, including policies, guidelines, and procedures.
 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with various HR teams and other departments to gain a holistic understanding of HR operations.Participate in meetings, discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance your learning and contribute to project success.
 

Qualifications:

Pursuing a full-time bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Economics, Management or related field.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility in handling sensitive and confidential information.A keen interest in HR operations, data analysis, and process improvement.Enrolled in a Singapore University.
