Curriculum Development:Design and develop the overall curriculum and training materials.
- Develop talent assessment processes and assessment tools to evaluate employees' capabilities.
Learning Needs Analysis:Assess capability and performance within the organization to identify learning needs.
- Conduct learning needs analysis to identify areas of development to meet organizational goals.
Learning Strategies:Develop and execute learning strategies aligned with business requirements.
- Assess, design, and integrate suitable learning modes to drive desired learning experiences.
Supervisor and Manager Enablement:Equip supervisors and line managers with the skills and tools for mentoring, training, and providing job coaching.

Program Management:Manage the implementation and development of programs to facilitate the achievement of organizational objectives and growth.

Learning Experience Evaluation:Assess overall learning experiences to measure effectiveness and drive excellence across all learning activities.
- Evaluate the feasibility of proposals to improve internal workflows.
Resource Management:Manage team resources to ensure adequate staffing and capability levels.

Stakeholder Management:Manage internal stakeholders beyond the team and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager, or similar role.
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a sharp business acumen.
- Possess ACTA or ATCL certification.
- Prior experience in the FnB or hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
