Responsibilities
The call officer will be attending to fault reports and user requests for facilities services in a healthcare environment.
- Responsible for call requests for faults, call handling and coordination work.
- Customer service excellence
- Responsible for update and feedback to customers or end users
- Monitor and update the system
- File all documentation & records.
- Any other tasks, when required by Engineer
Requirements:
- A'level / Diploma education
- Able to communicate & write English
- A good team worker
- Call handling experience
