Commercial Excellence Regional Sr Manager

TE Connectivity's Sales & Marketing Support Teams assist with implementing sales/marketing initiatives by providing technical and/or product information support (i.e., data analysis, tracking, etc.).
They are also responsible for planning and coordinating promotional programs and other communications initiatives.
A key element of success for this role will be the ability to take large sets of data and reports, analyze, and provide insight, cause & effect, and key business indicators, while concisely presenting them to the organization for the purpose of influencing behaviors and business decisions.
This position will play a key contributor role in the continued development of the commercial organization in the growth, responsibilities, and expanded contributions to the business.
Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including knowledge of current business trends.
- Provides input on resolving critical issues that impact the function.This role will support the Commercial Excellence organization as a liaison to finance in responsibilities of monthly, quarterly, and year end close analysis, budgeting, and completion of bridge analysis as needed.
The role will work to enhance the coordination of bookings forecast into the demand tools on a timely and accurate basis.

- Strategic Initiatives (Sales Forecasting, Currency attainment, IBP (demand) Reporting)
- Sales Force and strong excel skills

- Sales Enablement (CRM, Sales / Marketing Tools, Training)
- Efficient and works intelligently, with initiative to drive support and structure within region aligned to cross regional goals
- Must be accountable and display a sense of ownership & integrity around data quality and content
- Detailoriented, organized, and demonstrated ability to multitask and shift priorities quickly
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or other related function
- 7 years of related experience in sales, marketing, and/or commercial organizations
- Motivated individual able to learn quickly and work in a face paced environment
- Clear communicator who can summarize, write, speak, and present confidently to a diverse audience, including senior management operating as an internal consultant and thought partner
- Creative and intellectually curious, with a demonstrated interest in continuous learning
- Not afraid to make mistakes but is quick to learn from them
- Ability to work well in a crossfunctional environment with regional and global team members
- Solid understanding of and the ability to identify the key levers that create commercial business value (i.e., Sales and Marketing)
- Strong executive presence, comfortable thinking on their feet, debating hypothesis, and presenting to audiences varying from Clevel executives to entry level associates
- Strong background in financial analysis, sales, and evaluation of opportunities (particularly in Excel)
- Strong Customer Service orientation
- Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint, Tableau, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
