This position reports into the Senior Director Customer Execution and is based in Singapore.

What will you do


This role is a key contributor to improve our customer partnership, strategy, joint business planning & execution with ASW as a leading global & regional customer across Asia Pacific Markets and EMEA.

This role also supports coordinating Global, Regional and Local customers' strategy and the implementation of commercial & retail excellence initiatives.


  • Coleads development and leads implementation of Global Customer Strategy at regional and local level working closely with AS Watson and Kenvue local sales and category teams to execute projects agreed in the Global Contract.
  • Engages directly with ASW International Buying Team, gains knowledge of A.S. Watson as well as other Regional Customers as a customer, in terms of culture, strategy, priorities, needs, expectations, international growth roadmap, key contacts & decision matrix.
  • Provides strategic project & analytics support to the A.S. Watson and Regional Commercial Team on key customer performance metrics. Coleads ongoing improvements on data insights dashboard together with IT & Data team.
  • Leads best practice sharing initiatives across the global market community. Provides ongoing communication and leadership with each market as needed and gives input based on strong understanding of customer performance KPIs
  • Engages and connects crossfunctional stakeholders regionally & locally to support in the execution of strategic projects for the AS Watson partnership.
  • Drives the sourcing and engagement of external vendors, agency partners (e.g. creative agencies, events companies, training consultants) to provide required deliverables.

What we are looking for

Essential knowledge and skills:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years in total business experience required across multiple FMCG.
  • Experience in Customer Marketing or Customer Development is a must.
  • Understanding of the global environment where Kenvue and AS Watson do business, including APAC and EMEA markets and has demonstrated skills working in a global / international environment.
  • Ability to work effectively within a fastpaced, complex matrix, changing environment, ability to identify and assess risk and prioritize competing demands. Proven record in project management skills.
  • Ability to influence decisionmakers across countries, up and down two levels without direct authority, to ensure a fully aligned customer/company business plan.
  • Strong analytical skills to deliver datadriven insights and facts, to gain support for business strategies and/or initiatives.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and negotiation skills. Strong presentation skills and ability to tailor presentation style to a variety of key decision makers.
  • Experience in working with agencies, 3rd party suppliers and external vendors.
  • Up to 20% travel may be required.
