Sales Engineer, Apac

You will work closely with our sales team to identify and close business opportunities, while providing excellent customer service to our partners.
Job descriptionResponsibilities:
- Work with channel partners to understand their customers' technical requirements and recommend appropriate endpoint security solutions.
- Provide technical support during the sales process, including conducting product demonstrations, preparing technical proposals, and responding to technical inquiries.
- Collaborate with our sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth.
- Conduct technical training sessions for channel partners to ensure they have the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively sell and support our products.
- Work closely with our product development team to provide feedback on product features and functionality based on customer needs and market trends.
- Provide technical support during the postsales process, including assisting with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Develop strong relationships with channel partners to ensure they have a positive experience working with us and are motivated to sell our products.
Required domain knowledge
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity and endpoint security solutions
- Familiarity with sales and marketing principles and techniques
- Basic technical knowledge of operating systems and networking
- Understanding of the company's products and value proposition
- Basic knowledge of channelbased business models
What will help you stand out from the rest
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 12 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical support role, preferably in the cybersecurity industry
- Strong technical knowledge of endpoint security products and related technologies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate technical information to both technical and nontechnical audiences
- Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with others
- Willingness to travel to meet with channel partners and attend trade shows and other industry events
