What you will do:

  • Drive the adoption and growth of the Global Engineering function across the APAC region.
  • Lead and manage the post sales engineering enablement process for the APAC region.
  • Work with the field engineering teams as well as the GCoE Post Sales engineering team and the regional field leadership to standardize and simplify the process between all post sales resources throughout the JCI enterprise.

How you will do it:

  • Work closely with the installation leaders in the regions to identify post sales engineering needs.
  • Helping with communication and awareness of the post sales engineering deliverables and capabilities
  • Enable enterprise postsales support by expanding utilization of GCoE post global network.
  • Working to gain efficiencies by harmonizing the engineering standards and processes as much as possible throughout APAC region into a Regional/Enterprise model.
  • Leverage the Post Sales Support GCoE Network Process to improvement efficiencies and drive scale.
  • Identify quick wins and support building a short
- and long-term strategies.

  • Ensure the Engineering (postsales engineering) team is prepared to proactivity support new products and innovations once commercialized.
  • Ensure the Engineering team and GCoE has a "seat at the table" on the commercialization of the products and services.
  • Deployment of EPIC (Engineer Project Information Center) throughout the APAC Region for management of the engineering metrics
  • Adoption of the Enterprise GCoE standard process flow between the sales teams/presales teams/postsales team and the global engineering team.
  • Driving adoption of Enterprise Engineering systems and processes used by the regional/global engineering team.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Engineering, or similar focus
  • Minimum of 10+ years' experience in operations, engineering, sales, or similar discipline driving a successful engineering team supporting a large global business
  • Strong understanding of pre & post sale engineering practices, process driven and able to drive consistency in complex global situations.
  • Leadership skills inclusive of the ability to operating successful with a matrix organization.
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with strong problemsolving capabilities.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and execution capability
