  • Collaborate closely with the Residence Manager
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address guests' concerns, requests, and questions promptly and diplomatically
  • Manage cash transactions and follow the residence's Standard Policies & Procedures diligently
  • Cultivate positive relationships with in-house guests consistently
  • Demonstrate a friendly and welcoming demeanor consistently
  • Offer accurate information to guests about SR facilities, popular city attractions, and upcoming events
  • Maintain effective communication with all team members

Job Requirements

  • Must have O-Level certification or equivalent
  • Open to working varying shifts
  • Possess a positive attitude, outgoing nature, and strong communication skills
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry and familiarity with Opera software is a plus
