  • Provide guidance and leadership to our reception team to guarantee the delivery of memorable and flawless hotel experiences.
  • Scrutinize and manage the tasks and documentation of reception associates to maintain precision and accuracy in operations.
  • Handle responsibilities related to room control and reservation verification, ensuring smooth and efficient guest bookings.
  • Play a pivotal role in training and developing new team members to uphold our high service standards

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • A passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
