Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR matters
Manage recruitment, talent management, and employee development
Handle employee relations, conflicts, and grievances
Administer benefits, compensation, and performance management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Analyze HR data and provide insights for business decisions
Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years in a management position
Proven track record in HR leadership and management
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
