Responsibilities:
Due to our global expansion, Tencent Cloud International (TCI) is now looking for a talented Channel Strategy & Operations Manager to help us strategise the channel partner development and improve the operational excellence across the whole of APAC region (excl.
Coming with solid knowledge within channel partner strategies, he/she should be someone who is with strong business acumen and able to provide consultative suggestions to both sales and partners.
He/she also performs intensive channel market analysis and researches in order to present a comprehensive market overview serving as critical decision making references.
- Drive strategic planning, improvement and implementation of international channel partner systems and policies, including but not limited to fundamental policies, product policies, partnertiering incentive program, promotional events, etc. through a deep understanding of public cloud and cloud computing business and channel ecosystem, combined with firsthand market insights and data analysis, and in close collaboration with the headquarters channel management team.
- Responsible for the firsthand awareness outreach, implementation and progress monitoring of the international markets channel policies and strategies, assisting the channel business grow healthily and rapidly across the international markets.
- Participate in key channel projects: understanding partners' business needs, policy needs, and process needs deeply, and providing channel operation support, including but not limited to sales process guidance, policy interpretation, and reorganization of internal and external resources to break through the bottlenecks. Build business management SOPs for common problems and drive the transformation and improvement of the channel system.
- Responsible for international channel business analysis: monitoring the market trends and presenting its associated risks following the business data index; identifying business risks and opportunities; providing effective references for decisionmaking and continuously optimizing channel operations management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or above with minimum 5 years of public cloud computing and ICT industry channel strategy and operations related work experiences
- Possess handson planning and formulating experiences within the channel partner systems, policies and incentive programs at a regional to global level
- Possess strong data analytical skills and market insight methodology with the ability to independently perform analysis and research projects and put forward effective business insights and businessdriven plans based on the data outputs.
- Experience in channel development or channel sales is preferred.
- Strong communications and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, with strong execution ability under facepaced and highpressure environment to meet tight deadlines
- Solid proficiency in English language as the daily working language; Businesslevel Chinese language would be advantageous due to the need to present research results and analysis to headquarters.
