Job Description:
- Support in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and personnel files in compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the workforce.
- Oversee the performance management system, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.
- Manage employee benefits, including insurance, leave, and other entitlements.
- Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, offering guidance and support.
- Examine and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Work with managers to address employee-related matters and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Promote effective communication and engagement between management and employees.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Support in the planning and execution of HR-related events.
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR executive or generalist role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience with Timesoft payroll system will be advantageous.
- Thorough understanding of Singapore's labor laws and regulations.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proficient in data analysis, report writing, and HR information systems.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:
- Working location: West, Singapore
- 5 Working days (Monday to Thursday 8:30am-6pm; Friday 8:30am-5:30pm)
