Job Description- Develop and execute growth strategies for key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and revenue expansion.
- Build and maintain strong, high-level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers.
- Drive commercial success by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, maximising account potential.
- Lead and mentor a team of account managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and provide strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client support and issue resolution.
- Monitor key account performance, provide data-driven insights, and report on strategic account movements.
A successful Senior Sales Manager/Director should have:
- Proven sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proven leadership experience in managing key accounts and leading account management teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth in fintech, payments, or financial services.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage C-level clients and internal teams.
- Experience working with SEA markets with an understanding of local payment landscapes and business practices.
