Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Location: Wesy
  • Working Hours: : Office Hours
  • Work Type: 6-months convertible contract

JOB SCOPES:

  • Support the development of new and review of existing compensation & benefits framework and schemes
  • Support annual compensation & benefits cycle and processes such as stimulation of annual performance bonus and merit increment quantums, preparation of communication materials to key stakeholders and compilation of the allocated performance bonus and merit increment to ensure a timely pay out to the workforce
  • Work closely with the C&B team to administer various compensation & benefits reviews such as annual salary reviews, allowance reviews, reviews of benefits policies etc
  • Collaborate and provide advisory to HR teams to effectively implement compensation and benefits programmes and ensure practices are in alignment with policies..

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Singaporean (s) only.
  • Must possess at least Degree in any related field.
  • Strong analytical and numeric proficiency is required. This includes attention to detail and the ability to present complex data in a way appropriate to the diverse audiences.
