Job Scope
- Partnering with other executives to uncover, understand, and gain support for leadership development solutions connected to complex organizational growth strategies.
- Responsible for all training for staff and managers, such as inducting new staff into the organisation and supporting managers to ensure all mandatory and core training is completed during probation.
- To support managers with all management development training in their role.
- Support, coordinate daily activities with adherence to rules, regulations & policies.
- Plan suitable training, learning and development needs and career development for staff.
- Arranging the maintenance and up keeping of company premises.
- Assist in the procurement of goods and services required by the department.
- Outlines how an organisation develops its workforce's capabilities, skills and competencies
- Improve employees' skills and knowledge over time, ensuring that L&D initiatives align with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Other related duties, as assigned.
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / HR or equivalent
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in similar role
