Roles & Responsibilities

Job scope:

· Coordination with multiple stakeholders (e.g. End-users, Trainers, setting owner and operations teams)

· Coordinate and implement the training as needed.


• Identify and deploy training with support of BTC portfolio managers.


• Internal customer consulting (on learning formats, curricula, learning situations and
settings) for new training initiatives.


• Coordinating with (e.g. consumer 2nd-level support) team in India


• Assure that appropriate types of training are offered in Singapore in collaboration with HR partners and Managers.


• Publish the training offers by portfolio based on target group (
Newsletter, Flyer, Training catalogue, etc)
