Job Description
The Office Assistant role at Calming Sense Spa supports the overall operations of the spa by managing key administrative tasks. This position involves coordinating schedules, handling documentation, managing retail inventory, and supporting marketing and promotional efforts, ensuring that the spa runs efficiently and maintains its serene environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to spa management and staff.
- Manage appointment schedules and maintain internal communications.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with document processing and report generation.
- Oversee retail inventory management for spa products, including ordering and stock reconciliation.
- Assist in organising promotional events, marketing activities, and updating online content.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and manage office supplies.
- Ensure smooth and efficient office operations within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a service or hospitality setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management or POS systems.
- Excellent organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail.
