Office Assistant

Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily operations. You will handle a variety of administrative and logistical tasks such as managing office supplies, coordinating deliveries, preparing materials, and assisting during peak office hours. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has good time management skills, and is comfortable working in a school environment.
Working Hours:- Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:30pm (1-hour lunch break)
- Friday: 7:00am – 4:00pm (1-hour lunch break)
- 1 year contract
- Manage and distribute office stationery to staff.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, sorting, photocopying, shredding, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the office storeroom and workspace.
- Pack and prepare resources for distribution to staff and students.
- Coordinate and assist with deliveries (e.g., redirect to venues, notify relevant staff).
- Support the General Office during recess/dismissal and cover the Receptionist when needed.
- Replenish and track first-aid items in special rooms.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by School Leaders or Key Personnel.
- Minimum secondary school education (relevant experience may substitute educational requirement).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a school administrative or support role (preferred).
- Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel).
- Meticulous, organized, and good with time management.
