Job Details (Here’s what you can expect):

Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for value-added services to increase sales profitability and anticipate client needs.
- Assist in maintaining a strong team performance.
- Guide, support and drive sales productivity by following a system of weekly and monthly action plans which are reviewed by the Head of Sales & Marketing.
- Identify business trends and marketing opportunities for sales that can improve company performance.
- Prepare specific periodical reports and ad hoc reports as may be required.
- Co-operate with other sections and departments.
- Communicate customer feedback on our services and facilities to Department Heads when appropriate.
- Demonstrate effective selling techniques in promoting the various Hotel Brands under the Company.
- Attend tradeshows and participate in industry or customer events to network and promote the Brands.
- Monitor the team's sales performance against targets, prepares reports for management reviews and assists the head of department in preparing and implementing the annual sales budget.
- Provide guidance to the junior team members on the conduct of sales engagements.
Requirements:
- At least 1 - 2 years of sales experience
- Sales experience in the hospitality industry is a bonus
- Good communication and relationship building skills.
- Good industry contacts and customer-focused.
- Innovative and effective problem-solver.
- Ethical and professional in dealings with others.
- Self-motivated with the ability to generate and follow through on leads to develop into bookings and revenue.
