ASSISTANT HR MANAGER

Responsibilities:
· Manage and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organisation set by management.
· Manage all day-to-day HR functions.
· Responsible for company compliance with government regulations, including MOM, CPF, and IRAS. (filings and submissions)
· Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle – preparation of job descriptions, interviews, negotiations and preparing employment contracts
· Take charge of full onboarding and offboarding processes - issuance of staff ID cards, co-ordinate orientation programme, conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee’s termination and ensure proper documentation (Including IR21 tax clearance process for employee resignations)
· Administer and advise management and employees on matters relating to work pass management, leaves and benefits etc.
· Maintain staff details and utilise HR software and systems to streamline processes
· Responsible for payroll related duties as needed
· Issuance of salary letters relating to promotion, upgrading, re-designation and contract renewal and/or any other salary adjustments.
· Handle staff grievances and complains and provide HR advice to management
· Assist higher management to facilitate performance appraisal process to measure and promote good performance and career progression processes
· Reponsible and monitor company WICA & FWMI insurance and company vehicle insurance.
· Assess training needs and monitor training programs whenever necessary
· Any other duties assigned by higher management
Requirements & Qualifications
· HR Diploma & Degree or related field with at least 3-5 years of experience in HR management
· Experience in HR management in Manufacturing industry an advantage
· Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations
· Excellent oral, written and communication skills
· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive payroll data with discretion.
· Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
