Customer Service Agent

*Position Overview:*
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent with an additional responsibility for providing logistics updates to our customers. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customer inquiries and assist with the timely communication of shipping and logistics information to ensure a seamless customer experience.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Customer Service Support:*
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Address customer issues, concerns, and requests, providing effective solutions and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to assist customers accurately.
- *Logistics Updates:*
- Provide customers with accurate and timely shipping information, including order tracking, delivery status, and expected arrival dates.
- Communicate proactively with customers about any delays or changes to their shipments.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure all logistics information is correct and up-to-date.
- *Issue Resolution:*
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues related to shipping, delivery, and order discrepancies.
- Work with other teams (logistics, inventory, etc.) to ensure issues are handled promptly and effectively.
- *Order Management:*
- Assist customers with order placement, changes, cancellations, and returns.
- Ensure customer information and order details are accurately recorded in the system.
- *Team Collaboration:*
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure customers are kept informed of their order status.
- Contribute to team goals by assisting with customer service improvements and logistics updates.
*Qualifications:*
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to learn and use customer service and logistics management software.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
