Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):

  • Checking-in, greeting passengers upon their arrival and ensuring a smooth departure process.
  • Front-desk duties at exclusive premier lounges.
  • Oversee and lead a team of passenger service agents.
  • Make final decisions in ensuring a positive passenger experience and satisfaction.
  • Guide, develop, motivate, and mentor your team to the best of discipline standards.
  • Ensure that compliance standards and SOPs are met.
  • Assist Duty Manager accordingly. (eg: Daily deployment)

Requirements:

  • Local Diploma (Service, hospitality, tourism or related disciplines preferred)
  • Nitec or Higher Nitec applicants will be considered for Customer Service Agent role instead
  • Cheerful with pleasant communication skills
  • Proficient in English and a second language for effective communication with international passengers
  • Comfortable with working 6-days work week, rotational shifts (Morning / Afternoon / Overnight)
  • Work in Changi Airport
