We will count on you to:

  • QA/QC Checks: ensures business contracts (i.e. Insurance & Reinsurance Placements, including Slips, Endorsements, requests for billing, subjectivities) and other supporting documents are in order and in accordance with the internal and regulatory standards, prior to allocation to colleagues for processing in the fiduciary system(s).
  • Works closely with brokers in order to facilitate any follow-up needed to achieve the QA/QC standards.
  • Ensures all documents supporting QA/QC are captured/saved in our DMS (data management system) in an organised manner for future consultation.
  • Provides a wide range of administrative and support services to assist the business in achieving its revenue targets.
  • Provides support and guidance to colleagues within the team to facilitate their development and achievement of their objectives.
  • Reconciliations and chasing of premiums when required
  • Works closely with Administrative Assistant in order to ensure smooth and timely billing and to meet the monthly deadline.
  • Guiding the Administrative Assistant in the billing process.

What you need to have:

  • Degree/Diploma with 2 to 3 years of experience in administration and technical support.
  • Attained minimum Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
