Position: Contact Centre Officer (Office Hours)
Salary: $2,400 - $2,800 + OT
Location: West
Working Hours / Days: 8.00am - 5.00pm / 9.00am - 6.00pm (Mon - Fri) 8.00am - 12.00pm / 9.00am - 1.00pm (Sat)
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and assist customers to make service appointment via e-booking system
- Conduct outbound calls and making appointment booking for customers to visit the service centre
- Communicate politely and timely with customers on their enquiries, requests and / or complaints via phone channels and convert each engagement into a positive customer experience
- Maintain accurate and timely records of correspondence or discussions with the customers in various systems / databases to assist with future contact / follow-up or process order
- Maintain security of customers account information by adhering to the Privacy Act
- Conducting follow-up call on no-show booking customers to fix another appointment booking date
- Transfer the calls in a professional manner where the other party is being informed of the transfer and the extension that they are being transferred to
- Do cross-training and coordinate closely with peers to ensure smooth operation of the centre
- Perform office administration duties such as filing, sorting of documents, photocopying and recording
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by CSM
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience in relevant customer service industry
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills; cultural sensitivity and demonstrated ability to work with diverse people groups
- Able to handle stress and a good team-player
- Comfortable to work on weekends and commit to OT
- Polished, articulate and well-presented individual with excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to adhere to and administer company policies, procedures and standards
