What the role is As a Senior HR Executive/ Manager, Operations Development within the Recruitment Centre of the HR Solutions and Capabilities Division, you will play a pivotal role in driving business innovation by contributing to process re-engineering and digitalisation initiatives to streamline operations and deliver excellence in recruitment outcomes. What you will be working on Process Review and Customisation: Collaborate with process or product owners to assess existing workflows, adopt relevant initiatives, and tailor solutions to meet specific operational requirements. ICT Integration and Development: Identify opportunities to integrate Information and Communications Technology (ICT) into operations and contribute to the development of new recruitment system functionalities to address changing needs. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Capacity Building: Facilitate UAT processes and equip supervisors and users with the knowledge and skills needed for the successful adoption of system enhancements and digital solutions. System Enhancement and Implementation: Manage the implementation of system improvements and new recruitment tools, working with IT partners to ensure effective delivery and consistent monitoring of service performance. Change Management and Communication: Support change management efforts by regularly sharing updates on ongoing and upcoming enhancements, solutions, and initiatives across teams and platforms. IT Operations Support: Provide support for IT-related operations, including troubleshooting and maintaining existing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. What we are looking for Experience in implementing RPA solutions and proficient in VBA or low-code RPA tools like Power Automate or UIPath. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders effectively with good interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and project management skills. Proactiveness and resourcefulness with the ability to think at a systems level while maintaining attention to details. Passion for continuous improvement and achieving work excellence. Knowledge of other programming languages or other IT tools and platforms (such as database management systems, and visualisation tools) would be an advantage.
