What the role is: As an Organisational Psychologist within the HR Strategy and Leadership Division, you will play a crucial role in advancing the organisation’s human capital strategies. Your responsibilities will involve close collaboration with internal teams, external consultants, and fellow psychologists to design and implement applied psychology and organisation development projects. These projects will encompass a range of areas, including leadership development, organisation development, employee engagement and mental well‑being. What you will be working on: Design and implement organisation‑wide surveys to assess and improve organisational functioning, employee engagement, and workplace effectiveness Conduct individual feedback assessments for leaders and identify key developmental areas to enhance their effectiveness at both individual and organisational levels Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, implement, and evaluate leadership development, organisation development and employee engagement initiatives Design and deliver targeted training sessions and workshops to support mental well‑being and organisational growth Engage stakeholders to facilitate change management efforts and drive continuous improvement Applicants with a relevant skill set and at least five years of relevant work experience may be considered for the Senior Organisational Psychologist role. The Senior Organisational Psychologist is expected to provide leadership for project teams in the areas listed above. What we are looking for: A degree in Psychology Relevant experience and certification in Industrial/Organisational Psychology (preferred) Proficiency in data analysis, including statistical analysis using SPSS or similar tools Interest in data visualisation and analytics tools Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project management skills Excellent writing, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills A self‑driven and adaptable individual who thrives both independently and as part of a team, with a passion for continuous learning Commitment and sense of purpose to serve in the Singapore Public Service As part of the processing of your application, you may be required to undergo a medical examination that will be fully paid by MOE.
