With the key focus to expand community-based services, improving the employability of PWIDs, strengthening education, and engendering inclusive community living, MINDSG offers a holistic range of services and programmes across the PWIDs\' lifespan. These include schools, employment and training development centres, home-based care services and community-based services to cater to the physical, psychological, environmental and social needs of PWIDs. Responsibilities Conduct psychological assessments and assessment interviews to assess client\'s mental capacity under supervision. Identify gaps in assessment tools in relation to application in local contexts and propose possible contextualisation to supervisors. Deliver case presentations within psychological services. Formulate evidence-based and data-driven intervention plans in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams for routine cases. Deliver interventions for cases including medico-legal and forensic cases under supervision. Identify areas of improvements to existing interventions based on research and sector trends. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver and improve client care and services. Adhere to professional standards in clinical and legal and ethical practices. Deliver psychoeducation programmes for clients and other organisations. Perform data collection and analysis to support research. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor\'s Degree with Honours in Psychology or Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology or Clinical Psychology or Educational Psychology or Applied Psychology (preferred) Certification in conducting of mental capacity assessments (preferred) Knowledge or expertise in disability or related fields Other Information 3 years related experience Knowledge or expertise in disability or related fields Registration with Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) preferred Job Details Seniority level: Executive Employment type: Full-time Job function: Health Care Provider Industries: Civic and Social Organizations #J-18808-Ljbffr
