What the role is: As a Manager/ Senior Manager, Organisational Health and Engagement in the HR Strategy and Leadership Division, you will play a crucial role in advancing the organisation’s human capital strategies. Your responsibilities will focus on designing and implementing organisation development initiatives, particularly in employee engagement, with close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. You will also contribute to applied psychology projects alongside fellow organisational psychologists, encompassing areas such as leadership development and mental well‑being. What you will be working on: Design, implement and evaluate Organisation Development interventions at team and organisational levels to strengthen employee engagement Partner with stakeholders to facilitate change management efforts and drive continuous improvement Conduct organisation‑wide surveys to assess and improve organisational functioning, employee engagement, and workplace effectiveness Conduct individual feedback assessments for leaders, and identify key developmental areas to enhance their effectiveness at both individual and organisational levels Plan, manage and implement targeted training sessions and workshops to support mental well‑being and organisational growth What we are looking for: At least 3 years of relevant experience in Organisation Development or Industrial / Organisational Psychology Certification in Organisation Development or Industrial/ Organisational Psychology or a related discipline is preferred Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building across all levels Strong project management skills, with the perseverance to drive initiatives from conception to completion Interest in data visualisation and analytics tools A self‑driven and adaptable individual who thrives both independently and as part of a team, with a passion for Organisation Development Commitment and sense of purpose to serve in the Singapore Public Service In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
