What the role is: As a Manager/ Senior Manager, Career Partnerships in the HR Solutions and Capabilities Division, you will drive strategic partnerships within MOE, focusing on career development and sustainable HR solutions. This role combines strategic HR business partnership with career management expertise to enhance staff development and engagement across the Ministry. What you will be working on: Develop and implement innovative career development strategies and initiatives to support officers' growth and career transitions. Collaborate with management teams to provide strategic HR advisory services and create sustainable solutions. Drive workforce planning initiatives to ensure optimal deployment and utilisation of manpower resources across HQ divisions and schools. Design and conduct engagement sessions to foster positive attitudes towards career development and professional growth. Engage officers on their career progression and skill development. Analyse HR data and trends for policy decision-making and providing insights to senior management. What we are looking for: At least 3 years of HR experience. Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Service-oriented mindset with passion for people development. Meticulous with ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
