Overview
Our client is a Financial Intermediary with a renowned brand name across the globe. They are actively expanding their teams and are inviting a HR Generalist to join their team.
About the Role
This is an operational and advisory role where you will play a key part in supporting the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, and the effective delivery of HR solutions across the business. You will work closely with managers and stakeholders across the organization, acting as a trusted HR advisor. You will help shape and implement HR policies and practices that support business goals, foster a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with employment legislation and company standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert guidance and support on employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and conflict resolution processes.
- Manage and support performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and improvement plans.
- Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation reviews, contract changes, and offboarding.
- Partner with leaders and teams to embed HR policies and best practices across the business.
- Advise on organisational change initiatives, including restructures and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR legislation.
- Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide insights to drive decision-making.
- Support with HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving engagement, culture, and people development.
- Coach and advise managers on effective people management and leadership practices.
- Proven experience in a HR Generalist or HR Advisor role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of local employment law and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in handling complex employee relations cases.
- Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
