We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the HR Manager in all facets of Human Resources and Administration.

Responsibilities
  • Assist HR Manager in Recruitment and Selection, Employer’s Branding, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Government-HR related matters, and Payroll Processing benefits with compliance to Singapore laws
  • Assist HR Manager in implementation and improvement on HR and Administrative policies and procedures
  • Back up HR and Admin team members when necessary

  • Payroll and Income Tax Administration
  • Work pass application, renewal, and termination
  • Surveys: MOM and government related
  • Timely and accurate update of employee records into HR systems
  • Assist Department Managers in Human Resources planning
  • Promote safety and security in the organization
  • Participate in organizing company staff activities
  • Back up or take over the HR and Admin Officer’s role
  • Required to undertake ad-hoc projects and duties
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on HR Generalist experience in full spectrum of HR duties
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and legislations
  • Curious with growth mindset, self-driven, good communication skills, meticulous, analytical, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • People-oriented team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive thinker, receptive, and adaptable to changes
  • Multi-tasking, resourceful, and proactive with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines
  • Working experience in MNC Environment preferred
  • Computer literate with good command of English
