Compensation : Base Salary up to SGD 100,000/annum

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing advanced technologies organisation in their search for a Talent Acquisition Manager . This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in Singapore , offering the chance to shape and lead the recruitment function across both local and global markets.

Responsibilities

As the first dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building a structured and scalable recruitment function. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across Singapore and international markets, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver high-quality talent pipelines. This includes managing relationships with external search partners for niche or senior-level roles. You will be responsible for designing and implementing recruitment workflows and establishing key hiring metrics to drive data-informed decisions. In addition, you will lead employer branding initiatives and develop early talent strategies, ensuring a strong and sustainable talent pipeline for the future.

Ideal Profile

Our client is looking for Talent Acquisition professionals with 5–7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience , ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth or scale-up environments. You should have a proven track record in setting up recruitment processes and defining recruitment metrics.

Experience is required in hiring across a range of functions including technology, corporate, and leadership. A strong knowledge of both Singapore and global talent markets is required.
