Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver effective hiring strategies. Source, screen, and select top talent across a range of functions, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the process. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, leveraging traditional and innovative sourcing methods. Provide market insights, guide hiring decisions, and ensure alignment with workforce planning objectives as a trusted advisor to the business. Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to recruitment campaigns and events that enhance the company’s visibility as an employer of choice. Ideal Profile The client is seeking a driven and experienced HR professional with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end talent acquisition. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required. You should be confident in managing multiple roles simultaneously, with a strong ability to influence stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proactive mindset and a passion for connecting people with opportunities. Experience working in large organizations will be highly regarded.
