OverviewTitle: TA Manager
Grit Search is partnered exclusively with a Global Leader in Telecommunications in their search for a Talent Acquisition Manager.
This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for driving the company’s regional hiring strategy, building world-class talent acquisition processes, and leading key projects related to workforce planning, employer branding, and candidate experience. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in recruitment operations and a proven ability to deliver hiring outcomes in a dynamic, global environment.
Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and optimize regional TA strategies aligned with business goals and workforce planning.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators to deliver on ambitious hiring targets across multiple functions and business units.
- Build relationships with senior business leaders to deeply understand hiring needs and challenges.
- Establish best-in-class recruitment processes, metrics, and tools to ensure speed, quality, and scalability.
- Drive continuous improvements in time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire metrics.
- Ensure compliance with local hiring regulations and company policies.
- Deliver data-driven talent insights to influence strategic decisions and workforce planning.
- Leverage analytics and market intelligence to stay ahead of trends, talent availability, and competitor movements.
- Partner with global and regional teams to strengthen employer branding efforts across Southeast Asia.
- Champion a consistent, engaging, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Represent the company at external events, job fairs, and industry engagements.
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience
- Open to recruiters from agency background
- Tech recruiters or expertise in recruiting for Tech roles is a good to have
