About the job

Reporting to the HR Director, you will manage the strategic end-to-end talent acquisition cycle, focusing heavily on high-volume retail hiring, process optimisation, and maintaining robust regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the complete cycle of talent acquisition, encompassing candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and final hiring for retail frontline positions.
  • Talent Pipeline & Sourcing: Cultivate and sustain a robust talent pipeline utilizing proactive sourcing methods, including job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networking.
  • Partnership with Hiring Managers: Partner with internal hiring managers to accurately gauge manpower requirements and provide prompt, effective recruitment solutions.
  • Recruitment Operations & Compliance: Manage the full suite of onboarding/offboarding processes for all new employees. Verify that all recruitment activities strictly adhere to MOM regulations and internal policies. Process all work pass related documentation, including applications, renewals, and terminations. Maintain meticulous recruitment data and produce reports to monitor hiring efficacy and support workforce planning.
  • Employer Branding & Talent Attraction: Formulate and implement employer branding strategies to boost talent attraction in the retail sector. Coordinate and attend career fairs , recruitment events, and targeted social media campaigns. Create captivating job postings that convey the company culture and values.
Skills and experience required
  • Degree qualified with at least 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment for frontliners and corporate roles
  • Prior experience in fast-paced consumer industries such as retail, F&B, hospitality, or healthcare
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong in numbers and HR reporting, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
