Overview

Head of Talent Acquisition (Based in Abu Dhabi or Malaysia). The Head of Talent Acquisition will lead the full-cycle recruitment strategy, aligning talent acquisition with business objectives. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for designing scalable hiring processes, attracting top talent, and building a high-performing recruitment team. You will partner closely with business leaders to anticipate workforce needs and solve talent challenges that directly impact business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and continually improve structured TA processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Partner with business leaders to define role requirements, identify talent gaps, and execute targeted hiring strategies.
  • Hunt and attract high-caliber candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing TA team with clear metrics and accountability.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, platforms, and talent networks to accelerate hiring for critical roles.
  • Develop employer branding initiatives to attract passive candidates in competitive markets.
Key Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive TA experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to build and scale TA processes end-to-end in fast-growing or high-volume environments.
  • Strong talent hunting skills: ability to find, engage, and convert top-tier candidates.
  • Hands-on, operational mindset with strong business acumen and stakeholder management.
  • Data-driven approach: able to track, measure, and improve recruitment KPIs.
  • Experience leading and developing a recruitment team with accountability and structured workflows.
  • Experience in tech, fintech, crypto, or other high-growth industries.
  • Multi-jurisdictional recruitment exposure.
  • Familiarity with employer branding and talent marketing strategies.
