We are looking for Head of Talent Acquisition who will have an amazing opportunity to help build, optimize, and drive best in class talent initiatives for Delivery Hero across APAC, EU & Turkey region. You will become a member of the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team to develop and set direction for consistent ways of working across 17 markets across EU, Turkey & APAC aligning with our peers globally. You will be leading a team of talent acquisition partners focused on hiring for sales/commercial roles at Delivery Hero across 17 markets; APAC, EU & Turkey. You will develop the overall vision and long-term strategy for how this team will consistently partner with the business to deliver great outcomes. You will be responsible for implementing standard ways of working to include the candidate experience, assessment/selection processes, development of research/diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives/sourcing strategies, and will be the primary point of contact for the team and all regional leadership team. Your mission: Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute sales TA strategy, aligned with Delivery Hero’s growth objectives, with an emphasis on our sales/commercial teams. Leadership: Grow, lead and mentor a team of recruiters, while being a key partner to other leaders in TA. Employer branding: Continue to strengthen our employer branding strategy. Hiring: oversee the day-to-day recruitment for our sales/commercial teams across 18 markets. Partner with internal teams to drive process improvements and scalable solutions in order to hire world-class talent. Stakeholder management: partner closely with our sales/commercial leaders to help achieve their hiring goals. Data, reporting, and analytics: establish and monitor team metrics and individual KPIs for the team with the aim of elevating our hiring efforts. Track and report on key hiring activities with a focus on influencing positive change across our hiring processes. Market intelligence: stay informed about industry trends across APAC, EU & Turkey, while surfacing relevant insights for our leadership teams. Diversity and inclusion: implement initiatives to promote D&I within our recruiting process. Partner with our internal communities and D&I team to ensure that D&I is at the forefront of our hiring efforts. Your heroic skills 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, including a minimum of 4+ years managing a recruitment team Experience supporting different regions is required. Proven success leading scaling and leading teams, with a track record of growth and development to drive high performance. Deep understanding of sales/commercial roles, competencies and market trends. Willingness to roll up your sleeves and lead by example. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner with and influence all levels of business leaders. Ability to utilize data effectively to drive performance and influence change across the TA landscape.
